UPX 3.95

Even worse, I found more problem files when compressing RetroZilla and FastStone Image Viewer. While compressed files worked under WinXP it caused a BSOD under Win98. I unpacked the files and recompressed with UPX 3.91 and it works fine. So I woulnd't reccomend use newer UPX for compression win32 binaries targetted for older Windows.

Seems you forgot this warning:

> files - please report all regressions into the bug tracker and try UPX 3.91

OMG! Rayer is not the one who forgot something. Don't you think that shame is on the side of the UPX team because they allowed such big regressions they are not able t fix it for two years and they are not able to handle the FPC 3.x files?
