How to detect whenever an app runs under HX? (DOSX)

Win32 console applications work well when started with HX.

But how could the Win32 console application find out if it got currently started in a Win32 console or under HX?

There are several possibilities, all of them described in the docs, for example in dkrnl32.txt ("Detecting DKRNL32").
