Anyone else still using Phar Lap tools? (Miscellaneous)

My program CPUID (with kernel driver for NT-based) can do WRMSR and I usually tested the functionality by writting 0 to TSC and windows never complained. Also under Win98 no problem.

DOS gives me freedom to unlimited HW access.
