Smaller C compiler (tests under emulation) (Announce)

Tom, I wasn't trying to yet again whine about ye olde OpenWatcom license wars. I was actually referring to his idea of "making a tiny DOS that would only support the functions used by the compiler". So unless Smaller C eventually implements those 16-bit DOS extensions and compact model, it's probably not (easily) going to support rebuilding the FreeDOS kernel. Didn't DOS-C formerly use small model?
