Smaller C compiler (Announce)

Btw, did I tell you that Smaller C has basic floating point support now?
In short:
- float and double are both 32-bit single precision
- ++, --, +=, -=, *=, /= aren't yet supported with floats
- floats not supported in *scanf() and there's no strtod(), atof() (but *printf() should just work with floats)
- most of ANSI C's <math.h> is in with some extras from C99

(I shouldn't probably mention on this forum that it can also make Windows GUI apps (there's a small clock demo for SDL2.dll))
