Rugxulo tested on Vista, works fully, so there is still space for improvements in DPMILD32 and DKRNL32 from 2009-12-20 :hungry:

* DPMILD32 needs 2 attempts to load a PE, because it tries NE before :-(

One more BUG just discovered:

* It crashes if commandline is unreasonably long ( > 128 (?) chars )

But what crashes ? Both HX and DOS/32A :confused:
But where ? On both FreeDOS and EDR-DOS :confused:


Please look into the abovementioned 7-ZIP regression also.
