DW Jukebox: MP3 and OGG Jukebox Simulator for DOS (+Windows) (Announce)

Reading through the arcadecontrols.com DOS/WinCab forum I came across this post relating to the release of DWJukebox 3.4 which was released in Feb 2010. I noticed there were no past mentions/links to DW Jukebox by Chris La Mantia on BTTR. The DW stands for Dos Windows Jukebox. Below is a link to its homepage: http://dwjukebox.com/

Note: The latest version is now v3.4.1: (22 Feb 10). DW Jukebox download page.

DW Jukebox: DOS sound card compatibility list / gamelauncher

See also Chris (aka Celamantia)'s DOSCab: Sound card compatibility list + personal MAME site.

Chris's personal site links to the project homepage of Dave Dribin's Game Launcher for DOS and Windows which is written in GPL'd NASM DJGPP (/ MinGW+Cygwin) but is now officially listed as "inactive" by the Dave on his homepage above. Game Launcher's page on sourceforge is: http://sourceforge.net/projects/glaunch/

Someone else may be interested in taking it on or reusing it so here are some direct Sourceforge download links for anyone interested:

gl098.zip - Game Launcher: DOS binaries
gl098s.zip - Game Launcher: DOS/Windows source
gl098_win.zip - Game Launcher: Windows binaries

See also: http://advancemame.sourceforge.net/ which is still active.
