About

Here can you find my copies of historical "Minimal GNU for Windows"
(= MinGW / mingw32 / MinGW32) versions.

Setup
=====
Install in this order:
1. `MinGW-3.4.2.exe',
2. `MSYS-1.0.10.exe' and do the post-install stuff,
3. `msysDTK-1.0.1.exe'.

Installed Versions
==================
Just in case the official installers don't work for you, I provide installed
copies. (Uninstall files have been removed.) MSYS has been configured for use
with MinGW v3.4.2.

To setup:
1. Extract to `C:\':
   * `installed_MinGW-3.4.2.zip',
   * and/or `installed_MinGW-3.1.0-1.zip',
   * `installed_MSYS-1.0.10.zip',
   * `installed_msysDTK-1.0.1.zip' (optional).
2. Run `C:\msys\1.0\msys.bat' to launch MSYS.

If you prefer using MinGW v3.1 over v3.4.2, then you have to edit
`C:\msys\1.0\etc\fstab' with Notepad (or any other text editor). Same applies,
if you extracted the `installed_MinGW*' archives to, e.g., `D:\Coding\'.

Except `MinGW-3.4.2.exe' all EXE files were fetched by me from <https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/>.
