GUJIN 2.3 released (Announce)

Etienne LORRAIN has released GUJIN 2.3, his graphical boot/system loader (intended to replace Lilo and Loadlin) on 27 November 2007.

Changes:

> - solves a problem with VESA linear graphic menu and Intel BIOS
> - does real disk BIOS number switching to boot Windows XP with USB thumb key
> - fixes problems of time-offset on the display (and set the TZ
> environment variable in Linux, changes LANG= by lang=)
> - adds generic kernel parameter root=/dev/sd* (default) or
> root=/dev/hd* to tell the namespace to use for root autodetection
> - adds two "tiny" target named tinyusb.bin and tinycdrom.bin to load a
> Linux kernel (or a *.kgz file) from USB or CDROM without user intervention
> - check if the target device is mounted
> - more bugfix.
