I always thought that DirectFB is some library above DirectX but now I found that it has included own hardware layer. I downloaded it: www.directfb.org looked at the sources (subdirectory gfxdrivers) and I think they are quite understandable. Vidix or Haiku drivers are really mess but this seems to be quite good reusable for DOS projects... --- |
