     | Georg shows us that the conversion of FLTK based programs into DOS is possible. Which other programs would be cool to convert?I think we extremely need some graphical FTP client. In DOS we have only commandline driven FTP clients but nothing more. Sure, under HX-DOS we can launch FAR commander which claims to do FTP transfers. But due a some reason under DOS/HX-DOS only directory browsing works but the FTP uploading and downloading does not.
 So, some graphical FTP client (with LFN support) is necessary

 Arachne can upload and download by FTP.
 
 But I agree - a graphical, stand-alone FTP client for DOS would be very useful.

 But in general anybody is welcome to use FLTK for DOS to make applications like that.
