Nothing to you, just kill 2 bees by one hit to save time for extra mailing :)

Anyway could someone else send me a logs from other HW?
BTW I wonder that my PC at home (ICH7 controller) reported DMA channel: 8 isn't it too high number?

I already sent you some Bochs/VPC info in November/December, but never got a reply. So it seems you wasted my time. :-|

Sorry, I hadn't time for it from 1st alpha to now and finished it las night. The dump that aplha made did'n contained full EDD data (DPTE was missing) so it was then unimportant to me. Also when I work on alpha I had BIOS with very limited EDD info but now I have full EDD info on new mb/bios.

(It claims UDMA disabled, but I know for sure that it was enabled).

UDMA doesn't use the legacy DMA controller. So I doubt this dma channel information has much meaning.

I don't know why BIOS claims it's disabled, simply the UDMA bit in flags is zeroed. El-cheapo BIOS? :)
On my PC at home I see it's enabled, below...

Seems as you say. Maybe for PCI card adapter pulled in older board it would tell right.
