NSSI version 0.60.24 available (Announce)

Tomás Navrátil of Navrátil Software has released Navrátil Software System Information version 0.60.24 on 30 May 2008.

It detected a wrong multiplier on my new C2D E8400. But my CPUID too, hm seems that I would need seek for some new intel's SWDM...

1) "New version..." is an unfavorable subject, because we would run into problems distinguishing these in search. I turned it to some old text of mine.
2) I changed "þ" to "#". "þ" is ASCII 254 (small filled block) wrongly displayed in Windows.
