WDE in NTVDM (Announce)

I mode an extension to WDE: with the help of a VDD it runs in NTVDM now ( exception: CDROM raw mode ). The VDD is quite similar to the one which was added to DEBUGX, allowing the L and W command to work in NTVDM.

There's another small addition: It does no longer check the scancode when it asks for "Quit Y/N", it checks the ascii code now. So with a German keyboard you'll have to type a 'y', not a 'z' when you really want to quit.

WDE is released under the GNU GPL 2 license.

CD-ROM raw mode is supported now. Also, there was an error message if the drive to access was an USB memory stick - apparently NTVDM doesn't like DOS lock commands for such drives. This has also been fixed.
