Agner Fog's ObjConv, DOS port (Announce) |
Hello,
I made a "DOS port" of Agner Fog's ObjConv v2.02 tool. This tool allows to convert object modules from OMF/COFF/ELF/MACHO to OMF/COFF/ELF/MACHO.
It also has a disassembler, which should be more advanced than the one of OW's WDIS.

I've seen it (IIRC even before you announced it).

COOL. From OMF16 to what or from what to OMF16 ?

In last test I got just a few "standard" ASSUME's + cca 1'000'000'000 db's ... not what I prefer to see as compiler output not sure whether I did well, though --- This is a LOGITECH mouse driver, but some software expect here

Cool, thanks.
However, I'm curious why you haven't told us about JWasm 1.96! Lots of changes.
Of course, JWASM196B.ZIP has three binaries (Win32, DOS32, DOS16) but the latter also has a newer (3 days) 1.96a separate version that "fixes" ASSUME. Shouldn't that be merged back into the main branch? Or if it's meant to be separate, just remove the old version. |

I probably just forgot.

IMO not worth the effort. The one or - at best - two persons who might be interested in jwasmr will most likely be able to find out for themselves. --- MS-DOS forever! |
