DOSUSB v 3.0 (Announce)

I haven't noticed it earlier. However I am reporting now that Georg had released a new version of his DOSUSB driver. Now supports USB 3.0 protocol. Wow.
It is not free but payware. Try the free demoversion first before ordering.
I had a serious problems with previous DOSUSB v2.0 version with my USB 2.0 capable computer so I don't use it.
In next few days I will have to test this new version. (the free demo)

@ Laaca

DOSUSB v 3.0

I made two different versions of DOSUSB now! The USB 3.0 /xHCI version will ONLY support USB 3.0 controllers, not the "normal" 2.0 and 1.1 controllers.

So if you want to test this new version make sure you have USB 3.0 ports on your computer. Apart from USB 3.0 disks you can also plug 2.0 devices into these ports and DOSUSB 3.0 will support these. But only if they are plugged into the blue USB 3.0 ports.

It was difficult for me to find someone who already had USB 3.0 ports and devices for testing this version.

I plan to release a maintenance release of DOSUSB 2.0 maybe next month. So if you have problems with DOSUSB Laaca, send me an email about it and I will see if I can help you.

Georg
