Arachne DGI like functionality in Links (Announce)

The simple answer is...
"No, links can't do DGI"

The extended answer is...
"DGI is hard-coded inside of Arachne's core.exe
therefore, DGI in links would require code taken from Arachne
and then compiled into links.exe"
