ASTRA - Advanced System Information Tool (Announce)

> ASTRA 7.20 has been released

I think, this is a bug (at least in later ASTRA versions):
1. Start ASTRA
2. Wait until System Summary screen shows up
3. Press TAB key -> Summary vanished from screen
4. Press TAB key again -> Back at the DOS prompt with some ASTRA screen artifacts
