libmtp in DOS (Developers)

Hi,
i use libmtp command line tools for upload/download files from my wife smartphone under linux puppy.
Work fine and it' s very fast.

It's possible porting the program suite under dos with djgpp?

Note :without this program it's impossible connect a smartphone via usb cable to pc , due to MTP protocoll used.

P.s. i've make some test with djgpp

.Configure start but terminate with a message regarding the serching for a sed do not troncate output...
