Thanks for advise!

I had find manual for Small Assembler. This manual describe obj/omf and is more short description for OMF (may be some pages - outdated).

PS: Also, I find some fun fact. Object library (.lib) at footer-record contain dictionary. Borland's tlink works fine with empty-size dictionary, VAL-linker - require dictionary and will freeze without.
