Norton Utilities 5.01 Error Messages (Users)

Have you tried running Norton Disk Doctor ? (ndd)

FWIW: Norton Utilities 5.01 is probably older that your laptop and may not be able to handle it.
The last, and in my opinion the best, NU for DOS is version 8. I think that is also the last version written by Peter Norton before it was sold and went downhill.
