JCLOCK2.DLL (JLM) not PX ; patchpe -x doesn't work (DOSX)

I forgot to try JCLOCK2 again since the JEMMEX update, and now it doesn't work (not a PX). Also, "patchpe -x" on it doesn't seem to work either.
