Errors while building HX 2.16 and 2.17 (Developers)

Hi,

> Fatal error A1106: Cannot open file: "..\DKRNL32\RELEASE\int21lfn.obj" [1]

You'll have to create directory DKRNL32\RELEASE manually. The mkdir in NTLFNHLP\Makefile for this directory is missing.
