Cabextract version 1.4 available (port) (Announce)

On 08 August 2012 I finished my 32-bit DOS build of Stuart Caie's Cabextract version 1.4 using Open Watcom C/C++ version 1.9.

Binaries, user manuals in ASCII format, and fully configured sources plus some simple instructions on how to rebuild are available at http://www.bttr-software.de/ports/.

Changes from my last port (1.2) to 1.4:
* A bug in the LZX decompressor was fixed.
* cabextract is now more tolerant when processing cabinet sets.
* cabextract is now compatible with even more compilers, and now supports 64-bit file I/O on platforms where it's completely native, like Mac OS X 10.6 and Fedora x86_64.
* cabextract will no longer print "library not compiled to support large files" while reading small files.
* The Windows CE installation format document was improved.
* Bugs in the MS-ZIP and Quantum decompressors have been fixed.
* MS-ZIP recovery has been improved.
* cabextract should now compile with MinGW
