DUGL Viewer 0.41 RC - DUGL + 0.31, BMPEG, DUGL 1.16 (Announce)

I wanted to release DUGL Viewer 0.41 RC1, as its requested by at least two users :
- Fixed the bug of detection of drives with gap in names
- Fixed the reversed mouse-wheel bug
- smaller by near to 60 kb

Now for any one curious or willing to play with DUGL and or applications, I decided to release every thing, even if WIP (DUGL core still closed source) :
DUGL Core 1.16 WIP
BMPEG 1.0 Modified Berkley : it's slow, buggy, maybe contains a memory leak (any contributor to improve it ?)

And Finally DUGL+ 0.31 (library/sources included)
