YES I found it
The editor is broken (CTL-C, arrows, etc ...) but otherwise it worxx perfectly. No crash after 20 min, upload seems to work (no progress indicator, but Fire-Fox has the same BUG too), referer tuning, agent tuning, I can post in some forums, ...
The download box seems to show only active downloads, not the succesfully completed ones.
+ text and graphical browser in one (see shots)
+ worxx in DOS (see shot)
+ one single standalone executable
+ not a single crash or hanger yesterday or today
+ HUGE rat arrow (see shot)
+ HTTPS/SSL (oops, forgot to test)
+ FTP (oops, forgot to test)
+ background downloads (oops, forgot to test)
+ control by commandline possible (oops, forgot to test)
+ HTTP file upload (not thoroughly tested)
+ supports UTFG-8 and can display many faulty char's (see shot)
+ unsupported char's display a HUGE BUG (see shot)
+ support by mail (got mail from Roberto)
+ referer tuning
+ agent tuning
+ text size and layout tuning
+ free and open source (C, one CPP file, comments partially in Czech language???)
+ uses binary units of bloat
+ has had a Wipkipedia page since 2001 http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Links_(web_browser)&oldid=358834611
+ it's cool
# uses WatTCP
# 1'000'000'000'000 silly languages all built-in into one executable (Fire-Fox provides 1'000'000'000'000 separate installers per 30 MiB of bloat)
- no TFM included (only built-in)
- auto-refresh is OFF by default
- keyboard acts strangely, very broken CTL-C (???)
- semi-broken scrolling and editing (???)
- text size change only through menu, no CTL+ & CTL-
- rat wheel not supported
- no progress indicator for upload (but Fire-Fox has the same BUG too)
- desperately broken OpenSSL 1.0.1e (but doesn't really matter in this case)
- successfully completed downloads don't appear in the download list
- download sometimes fails due to bad filename, still manual editing possible
- some connection errors for no reason (there is an "auto-retry" feature hidden somewhere ...)
? CSS
? HTML5
? Jawa-Shit
? Wiki-editing
? Uploading of huge files
? There seem to be 2 branches: 1.xx and 2.xx (???)

I don't have any stability problems with Roberto's binaries so far.
