Anyway FYI, FPC is preparing an emergency 3.0.4 release, hopefully to come out in the next 6-8 weeks. (yes, 3 months is "emergency speed" in the project )

The problems are in the back trace of debug information of ELF (*nix) targets only, but since that is half of the targets, it was decided to make it a full release of all targets that want to. Over 300 revs have been merged, but most are not core RTL and compiler (specially the pascal parser in libraryform fcl-passrc, has seen enormous progression, mostly because a pascal-to-javascr*** compiler uses it)
