New release of the MGRX graphic library (1.2.0) (Announce)

Version 1.2.0 was released 2019-09-11. Mainly to support ARM architecture.
Version 1.1.2 was released 2019-08-27. Among: Bugfix for keyboard handling and 16 color modes.
