Fallout2 under HX-DOS (Users)

Today I accordingly found that HX-DOS can run the game Fallout 2.
But after intro and displaying menu occurs a problem that the mouse cursor moves wrongly and it is virtualy impossible to get into desired place on screen. However - maybe it could be fixed?
