DOSBox-X version 0.83.16 released! (Announce)

Finally, I was able to build a HX-DOS binary that works in real DOS, by setting up a different version of MinGW. The HX-DOS binary for DOSBox-X 0.83.19 is now available from:

* dosbox-x-mingw-hx-dos-20211101234567.zip

It now also shows up in the DOSBox-X website. Hope this helps.
