Mix viewcaused by FreePascal Str() bug (Announce)

I got reply from CandyMan:
The bug is in the FPC compiler, in the Str() procedure, not in the NDN itself, and should be reported there.
Temporarily fixed (I used code for the Str() function from the Virtual Pascal compiler in the calculator).
You can download the new version of NDN from
http://www.ndn.muxe.com/download/
(see nightly build versions).
