This looks like what I remembered:

and the lack of PSP is just for NE executables.
Still - that is of interest too.
Assuming NE executables could do INT 21H - which I believe they
can, then I expect my MSDOS code to work after being processed
through a "reformat" tool to convert from MSDOS format to NE
format, and I expect it to continue working on MSDOS 4 MT.
In fact, I can even allow for the AHINCR and AHSHIFT to be accepted
and used for the huge algorithm in that situation, by placing them in
a known spot, like after the first relocation, which is a DGROUP
reference.
So some sort of informal/hidden markup.
So that no-one can say it is a non-standard MSDOS executable.
Because it totally is.
