Yes I set this and expected blindly 32bpp, why DUGL use only 16bpp? I rather work with plain RGBA than packed pixels. Maybe some dithering filter could improve color banding...

I gave up my FFPMEG builds at version 2.x as it requires more and more new stuff that was hard to handle on my DJGPP WinXP build system. I see some year ago here someone posted compiled FFMPEG 5.x but not sure if with sources too. H266 support was added probably in quite new version. I tested it on WinXP, there's MPCHC/LAV with h266 support and also some build of ffmpeg includes ffplayer that also could play h266...
