DOS for 64 bits? (Users)

IIRC, it's the successor to SNOBOL. I tried it and liked it but never truly learned it. There were DOS builds (even 32-bit) back in the day.

I'd prefer some kind of Pascal. At least P4 and P5 are public domain.
