Ok, that's an important info. It tells that JemmEx isn't crashing - the error occurs in v86-mode, after JemmEx has installed itself successfully - "JemmEx loaded" is displayed at the very end of this initialization.

Try MS-DOS "single-step" mode (shift-f8) to see if the Exc06 indeed happens in Jemm...
