DOS for 64 bits? (Users)

They come with qemu, at least with Windows. There may be an
extra package you need to install with qemu on Linux.

Not at all. I just did a demo of a hello world with my own C code
being used as the library. I did the same with Pascal (FreePascal).
But you can consider both of these things don't exist. All of PDOS
is pure C90 code with the exception of necessary assembler code.
