I belive they are.

Yes, I don't plan to change partition layout after it's done. The bootloader is placed on smaller SSD so nothing should randomly change the MBR and GPT on data HDD.

I tried also Win98SE and DOS 7.1 - they can see both 1,6TB and ~370GB partitions below 2TB without problem. But WinNT4 has some serious problem - they didn't corretly recognize DOS extended partition neither big FAT32 1,6TB partition and show total garbage in disk manager (240GB SSD is displayed correctly). Even I'm using UniATA driver...
