I did some test with MSVC RTLs. Both MSVC TK 2003 and VC++ Express 2005 need dll support, so it won't work to use LOADPE(X).BIN and link the Win32 code statically (both run with DPMILD32, though). OTOH, MSVC V6 and V5 do work with LOADPE(x).BIN.

No, it was appreciated. There is now some free space in the stub, but it might be too small to skip the "overlay" loading and load dpmild32.exe manually. Perhaps if the "insufficient memory" test is skipped as well ... it's not really needed, this test can be done by DOS itself.
