Hello, everyone! From what I remember there existed a DOS tool for slowing down the CDROM's rotational velocity. This has the benefit of less wear and noise. Can anybody recall such tool? I used to have it, but lost it and forgot its name... I think it was written by a Russian author, but there may exist equivalent programs.
