How many people ignoring the "Terms of Use" were bound "to take the way" to the court located in San Mateo County, California, and had to suffer penalities for YouTube's "Terms of Use" infringements, i. e. for their ignorance (I hope you remarked my word play)? In this situation Rayer's reply seems to me the best reaction. Please be aware of the fact that I disagree with any YouTube's "Terms of Use" violation!
