That's wrong. Rar32.exe is part of "RAR 3.80 beta 4 for MS DOS", but not "WinRAR 3.80 beta 5".

How much RAM is in your PC? It might be a problem with the EMX DOS extender used by Rar32.exe. From Jemm's README.TXT:

EMX        option to prevent EMX DOS extender from quickly terminating with
           message "out of memory (RM)" on machines with large amounts
           of RAM (> 256 MB). This is optionally because it makes Jemm
           behave not fully VCPI compliant, but shouldn't hurt usually.

All software for creating RAR archives is commercial sofware, also offered as trial version for evaluation. Why not just read the manufacturer's home page?
