DOS ain't dead

UIF2ISO version 0.1.7a available (port) (Announce)

On 26 January 2009 I finished my 32-bit DOS port of Luigi Auriemma's UIF2ISO version 0.1.7a using DJGPP version 2.04 beta.

A binary, a user manual in ASCII format, and fully configured sources plus some simple instructions on how to rebuild are available at http://www.bttr-software.de/ports/.

Changes:
* now the magiciso_is_shit function works also on big endian CPUs like PowerPC and I have made some usual micro cleanups of some instructions (like using signed char instead of char, removing an useless kboxinit and using the latest lzmadec files)
