DEBUG (MS-DOS) might be a test case. By default it steps into Int 21h. Optionally, use FD Debug and set "trace mode" to 1 ( -TM 1"); or use GRDB instead. Will your TSR handle allow the debugger to single step into Int 21 without causing a mess?
