A quick inspection of the link provided will instantly reveal that it's an update of Windoze, not MS-DOS. Also it's a typical "nothing in 1'000'000 languages", 8 years old, I don't have the "problem" described there, and even less a valid license for this thing nor anything else from this fine company, so NO, I won't download it.
