p7zip 4.65 for FreeDOS | Ibiblio has 4.61 only (Announce)

There aren't a lot of FreeDOS admins anymore, so while I did e-mail them, I didn't press too hard when they didn't update it. Maybe I should be more assertive, but I didn't think it was so crucial (esp. since it's not BASE but UTIL). I guess none of them uses it very much (or at least not enough to need 4.65 instead of 4.61).

I can only guess because of WATT-32 + GNU pth slowing it down (although admittedly MSVC might be better than GCC these days, too).

Yes, I know (sadly), not sure if I have time to even weakly fix it.
