FUZOMA 1.4 released (Announce)

Hi all,

In the spirit of DOS not being dead, check out the newest version of my DOS-based educational distro for kids -- FUZOMA 1.4.

People on this forum have been instrumental in my effort to size-optimize this project, so a big thanks to everyone. Saving those kilobytes means I can squeeze more content onto the disk!

If you are ever in a position to turn an old machine into a "my first computer" for a child (either your own or someone else's) please keep this project in mind.

For this particular version I included a custom FreeDOS kernel, a custom RDISK driver, and I updated my own Turbo Vision-based text editor. You can download all of these, and more, from my much-too-verbose changelog page.
