very bad "design" :-(

About the unloadable TSR approach and INT $13 support they definitely are

Why INT $13 support is needed:

- FS brewing (FAT and also non-FAT)
- partitionning (NO I DON'T care about private problems of Bill)
- support of non-FAT FS
- wiping
- "physical disk" content inspection and editing
- use with kernels not supporting SYS :-)
- testing DOSUSB.COM only (barring out possible bugs of USBDISK.SYS)
- proper hotplug support
