p7zip 9.13b with FSU pthreads (Announce)

I can't compile GNU Pthreads v2.07 from the available DJGPP package, so I decided to recompile p7zip v9.13b with a rebuilt FSU Pthreads v3.14. I don't know why but the program is fatter, instead it seems to work much better. I managed to compress very big directories using -mx9 switch under both CWSDPMI r7 and HDPMI32 without any problems.
