Bug-fixed Mplayer build from the same SVN (Announce)

Fantastic!
I made quick test of SVGAlib output on my computer with ATI Mach 32 graphics card. It works out of the box.
The only issue is that it calls file LIBVGA.CFG in current directory, not in directory where is MPplayer.EXE. It should be fixed.

I will make more test on more computers.
