DOS compiler: All files are in install.exe, a DOS zip SFX with a graphical interface.

Other changes.
ccide: ignore directory names when sorting files added to the project tree
ccide: move debug window menu onto the debug menu
cc386: treat taking the address of a parameter which is of array type correctly
win32: fix install, config files were broken
